WaterWORKS, V2_

23 Sept - 2 Okt, WaterWORKS, V2_ Lab, Rotterdam (NL).

WATERWORKS is an exhibition exploring the cultural role and meaning of water. It comprises several technology-based artworks that look at some of the most pressing global challenges of our time, brought about by the new water reality. Water is life. Every living thing needs water to survive. Not only does the human body consist of 60 percent water, it is also essential for producing food, clothing and computers, moving waste streams, and keeping us and the environment healthy. Yet we lack a sustainable approach for handling this commodity.
